Perhaps the organizers in Mainz can be persuaded to include a computer
championship as well, possibly concluding with a demonstration match between the
computer champion and the human champion?
Probably too late for this edition, but might be a good idea for next year.

I'd prefer a world championship to be face-to-face, but any tournament form will
do to increase the number of FRC engines. A server tournament may be even a
better way of accomplishing that goal as it makes it available to everyone all
over the world.

A month should be more than sufficient. Implementing FRC takes only a few days
when you know what to change.
An overlap with the tournament in Mainz should be avoided.

Great idea!
