No

It is not world championship.
World championship is something that everyone is allowed to play.

Every player can become the world champion in chess in case of playing well
enough in the right tournaments.

People without the name peter leko or adams or Svidler have no way to become
world champions in FRC.

It means that there was no world championship in FRC.

Saying that leko or svidler is the world champion is a joke.

By the same principle I can play shuffle chess with a friend and after beating
him declare myself as the world champion in shuffle chess.
