I wrote the following lines in another forum, I would like to interest her also here therefore that readers to bring: Indeed I did not play ever FRC. However I had the rules with pure hard Scharnagl read. Then I yesterday wrote in the CCC (left see on my homepage under left) something over the match GK vs. to Dj. Mr. Jorge Pichard answered to it then. He asked me whether I against baron FRC (and still another program) win can. I understood the answer not and asked for translation. R.S. has me then avowedly that with FRC "Fischer the random Chess" had been meant. I was something I did not know surprised there that it Engines give those the FRC to control. Therefore I thought the Jorge with FRC something else would have meant. I found then a left coincidental to homepage with Beepworld (homepage of S. Pohl: to http://www.beepworld.de/members53/frc-list/). I found then 15 positions of FRC which there one also under Fritz play can, since the kings and towers stand on the output fields. Also I saw that that Shredder at NR 1. as the best FRC program am led. Now, in the moment I thought simply that I an experiment make should. I was written the basic position of the pos. 1 on (RQBBKNNR). Perhaps there is a still better position against computer, I white it not, because the 1. Position I would have so or differently anyway taken before one "B" say, say one "A"! That one can play with the position "RQBBKNNR" well against programs, which I recognized only during I played. My result came thus to the portions, not already before. Afterwards intentionally a somewhat older Fritz engine selected (because of baron - does it come at baron?) and late tigers 14.0. I did not want to disappoint the Jorge Pichard nevertheless - thus I played! As said, the position was yesterday completely strange to me until. I played the first portion before 20 o'clock, the other one after 22 o'clock of our German time (there I between them somewhat differently made). Normal chess against computers lost its attraction for me (I have nevertheless already x-thousands - and against nearly each program easily), therefore I saw completely new in the inquiry of Jorge P. suddenly also somewhat - quasi a new chess art! That was it. No more and not less!! Thus the 2 portions developed above. But which I had written in the CCC to the positions of Pohl, which I would like to bring also here: -- Completely above see their 2 portions of me with the 1. Position by Stefan Pohl. Completely that is correct naturally NOT FRC which I made - as much have-calibrate already looked through - in the FRC correctly play must all 960 positions is considered, and then... then a position drawn lots (or ausgewuerfelt!). So however (even if I am all 15 positions of Stefan through) remain it only completely few positions on which I completely easily preparing can JAWOHL completely cool easily even for an amateur. (I said, only after the portions drew this result however like already. Perhaps is another of the 15 positions even still better?) Completely differently would be however if me e.g. position 573 (no notion which those is) spontaneously is set forward. As long as I have however only the 15 tested positions, then I can adjust myself on each hardware to each program very well (is even more leicher than theory to fiddle!:-)) . Which is to apply however to me as HUMANS in principle, one must consider that in the Computeschach exactly the same!! Therefore those 15 positions are FRC like it Fischer's spirit not REALLY correspond! Take my portions therefore as DEMO_Partien, even if they are genuine (I practice only with these 15 positions I it under Fritz to play there can) - and exactly the same think I that one the tournament of Stefan also only as a small DEMO for regarding should, more is it "LIKE THAT" really not. On my homepage: http://www.beepworld.de/members37/computerschach/ will I unite further demo portions to bring Long live the online tranlators Chris
