Ok.

The CCT format is probably a good example for an FRC online tournament. The
difference would probably be the number of participating engines.

As the number of FRC engines is currently limited I propose to set the format
initially at (D)RR. If there are more than e.g. 10 participating engines, we
could switch to swiss. I don't think that's  a big problem.

I would like to have 9 rounds or so.
