I am making one also, so should be at least 4.

Hopefully a few more will make the effort, if not we will just have to share the
glory between ourselves.
It might actually be fun to compete in a tournament with winning chances, gotta
try everything once in life, right. :)

Well the championship should be completed in a weekend IMO, so the time control
could depend on the number of rounds.
I'd say not faster than 45 10, but longer - sure why not.
