I just modify the chip physically to make them into an Athlon MP 3200+. Cooling isn't a problem, the chips are low voltage so any average copper heatsink/fan will be fine. The two 2266MHz/2800+ chips that I use run 40C full load with average copper heatsink/fans AND with the fans running only at 6 volts instead of 12.. making the PC virtually silent. My site is www.newageoc.com, I need to update the pretested cpus page however.. I've only recently started selling these chips.
