At blitz and bullet, you are probably right about comp ICC 3000 is stronger than human ICC, but I not so sure what is going on at slow time controls. Especially since at slow time controls, it makes a big difference in a Human vs comp game whether they are playing 15 minutes sudden death or 60 minutes with increments.
