Because deleting works pretty fast. Are you 24h online in CSS board? Do you
refresh your browser evey minute and notice every (new) posting? No? Then you
should be able to imagine that in your idle time someone posts and someone
deletes.

The least (censored) postings contained insults like that.

First time: warning, yellow card. When there have been incidences like that
before: ban from message board.
Additional remark: The thread about the censorship does not deal with this FQ
affair you are referring to.
