Will the pre-version of REBEL-12, be available for download for
Rebel Century 4.0 / Gandalf 5.0 owners or only for those who have Rebel 10?

Why it will have some limitations? If i understand things correctly, the
final version will not be commercial and everyone who owns Rebel-10,
or other Rebel's(??) will be able to have it. So i don't see a reason for
the pre-version having less features.
