It will be available for Rebel 10, Rebel 11 and Century 4 people, it will run
till october 2003, it will not support all time control levels. The reason of
the limitations is simple, it's free. Hopefully the commercial thing will be
ready within a few months, latest september before the thing expires.

It's also done this way to fulfil an old promise, see:

A PRE-RELEASE of Rebel for Win95/98/NT will be available from the Rebel10
subscription download area for Rebel10 owners. The date for this pre-release is
set for the period June/July 1999. Rebel10 owners who have subscribed to Rebel10
can download this version for free.
