Yes, what a bad companies they are. Like Chessbase. It doesn't give us their engines for free! Dear Dimitris, your thoughts are unacceptable.Why on earth, someone that worked hard for something give it to you for free? OK, some people is doing this by releasing freeware programs. But if all programs were freeware then you can imagine what would happen. And specifically for chess, if someone loves computer chess and wants this continue improving, then taking engines for free or stealing them from kazaa etc... is absolutelly stupid. Someone who is not paying for the engines and taking them from illegal places, it's not clever, it's idiot. Because this way, computer chess development will slow down or even stop. Although i find really annoying the fact that we have to pay 200 Euro for Shredder 7 + Fritz 8 + C-Tiger 15.0 + Junior 8 to get 4 CD's which contain 99.99% the same thing, as only engine files change.
