that formula doesn't work for all Xeons though.

Xeon's IPC have shown to increase the higher the FSB increases. ie: The 400MHz
2.8 is slower than the 533MHz 2.8.

Also, AMD's 760mp chipset is inferior to Intel's MP chipsets, but only in memory
management. I would assume that with Junior's insane amount of kn/s, that it
access the hash a lot and so therefore would have a slightly larger improvement
as the speeds increase.
