It is not a draw - how can a position be draw if it's not legal. That's not the point of the post nor the position -- this position is simply handy tool for a engine users/programmers to identify maximum search depths of other engines where they do have the code - The position here is totally irrelevant except to use as tool. For example: Junior's max search depth is 63 ply. Fritz's max search depth is 67 ply. Deep Sjeng's max search depth is 32 ply ? (I'm not sure about this - could this be afalse read) Shredder 7.04 is 99 ply.
