A storm big enough to kill my router and send a pretty nasty signal through it.
All attached nic's were fried and sadly that was too much for the tiger to
handle.

Behind a UPS and properly grounded. We think the signal came through the cable
(internet), there's nothing we have to protect against that.

Well I am only one guy but the Tigers have been 2 for 2 in my experience. Both
have done exactly what they were supposed to do, and perfectly. No glitches. No
problems. COM has always worked too, for every BIOS revision (and I keep up to
date on those).

I'm sure, but I can't afford any upgrades for a while :)
