I believe all you meant was that when you have technical or customer service problems you should contact the company involved. And of course you are right. But in this situation you missed the boat and got wet! I think we all benefit when we find out that many people are having troubles with a program. I was about to upgrade to Rebel 10, but now I am going to wait a bit. The information has helped me. I'm sure it has helped others. I understand what you were trying to say and I don't think you should have been dumped on. A disagreement with your statement would have sufficed. Don P.
