If you plan to charge for the off-line reading software, then I plan to charge
you for the use of posts that contain text written by me, whether directly or
quoted, or alternatively, to prohibit their inclusion.

I don't have a problem with someone making some money, but I'm not enamoured
with this particular way of doing it.
