I did not mean to say something bad about Ferret. I said: "Maybe it was simply one of the many programs that are weaker than the commercial programs". I said maybe and it means that I do not say it as a fact. Maybe this sentence was the problem: "Your assumption that Ferret was in high demand has no basis." I did not say that the assumption that Ferret was in high demand has no basis because of bad results of Ferret but because I do not know of tests that were done with one processor near 1999-2000 in the time that Ferret won second place after shredder and I think that the poster meant to that time.
