I suspect that the company has a technical support line.  It might be nice if
you try to solve a technical support issue with a techical support staff.  Then,
if you want to share the solution, by all means post it here.  Or if the
technical support staff is not able to solve the problem, *then* ask here, as
someone else may somehow have worked it out.  Using CCC for informal technical
support is (IMO) inappropriate.  Look at your subject line.  It is directed
towards a single person (or corporation, really).

I would like the opinions of others -- should this sort of thing be moderated?
Should it simply be passed forward to the group?
