I found this in the Rebel FAQ: "To solve any questions/problems in using Rebel 9.0, follow the following lookup strategy: Read the manual (see the Rebel menue EXT) You can also drag a selected menu item with the mouse button to the question mark box (upper left corner of the screen), to get a context help for this menu item. Read the 50 examples (see the Rebel menue EXT) Especially the examples will give you a lot of hints how to use Rebel 9. Read the README file (see the Rebel menue EXT) Read this FAQ Look at the Rebel home page for further information Mail me or Schröder BV for further help" Note that in the actual FAQ, "Mail me" is a link to mailto:marochess@geocities.com and "Schröder BV" is a link to mailto:rebchess@xs4all.nl. Besides this information, there is a troubleshooting page, and additional email addresses listed. I don't own a copy of Rebel, but I rather suspect that they have an official technical support number or phone address listed in the documentation.
