[D]8/bqn3pp/k1r2R2/ppp2QRn/P1B2r1P/KNN2pp1/8/8 w - - 0 1

An easy one for CM9000, finding mate in 11 in less than one second:

Time	Depth	Score	Positions	Moves
0:00	1/3	6.46	6061 1.axb5+ Nxb5+ 2.Bxb5+ Kb6 3.Qxc5+
					Kc7 4.Rxc6+ Kb8 5.Qd6+ Ka8 6.Rxh5
0:00	1/4	12.41	31137 1.axb5+ Qxb5 2.Rxc6+ Kb7 3.Rxc7+
					Kxc7 4.Nxb5+ Kd8 5.Qd5+ Kc8 6.Nxa7+
					Kb8 7.Nxc5
0:00	1/5	Mate11	143530 1.axb5+ Nxb5+ 2.Bxb5+ Kb6 3.Qxc5+
					Kc7 4.Rxc6+ Kb8 5.Qd6+ Ka8 6.Rc8+
					Qxc8 7.Bc6+ Qxc6 8.Qxc6+ Kb8 9.Rb5+
					Bb6 10.Rxb6+ Ka7 11.Qb7#
0:01	1/6	Mate11	335090 1.axb5+ Nxb5+ 2.Bxb5+ Kb6 3.Qxc5+
					Kc7 4.Rxc6+ Kb8 5.Qd6+ Ka8 6.Rc8+
					Qxc8 7.Bc6+ Qxc6 8.Qxc6+ Kb8 9.Rb5+
					Bb6 10.Rxb6+ Ka7 11.Qb7#
0:03	1/7	Mate11	948747 1.axb5+ Nxb5+ 2.Bxb5+ Kb6 3.Qxc5+
					Kc7 4.Rxc6+ Kb8 5.Qd6+ Ka8 6.Rc8+
					Qxc8 7.Bc6+ Qxc6 8.Qxc6+ Kb8 9.Rb5+
					Bb6 10.Rxb6+ Ka7 11.Qb7#

As for "noticing something", other than the pieces spell out "86", nothing seems
obvious.
