And also other things. So more or less a luck factor. Also, it probably would be no good idea, to overtune HT methods for this position. I think, the position might be good for one thing: with working HTs and "normal" search, the engine should solve this very fast. If not, something probably is broken, or the author made some delibarate choice (say some aggressive pruning), that prevents a fast solution. Regards, Dieter
