For your information Mr. Corbit, all you have to do is send E-mail to Rebel and if you have a problem it will be taken care of! The address is right on the Rebel site. It doesn't have to say Technical Support. How do I know? I had some problems with Rebel9 and Rebel got back to me many times trying to solve the problem. Rebel is the best site for technical support. Still, I don' think it is inapporopriate to give information about a new chess program on ccc. I do think contacting Rebel should be done first, and any information of interest can be passed on to ccc. But there are people who don't know this. Maybe they are stupid, but they are trying to fix a problem. They are not all experts like you.
