The score after Bxf7 go up to +3 for white after a long search but it is not enough because Nd3 in the root position get a bigger score so I guess that even searching to depth 18 from the root position is not enough for it. White has a lot of positional advantages without sacrificing. Material is knight and bishop and pawn against rook. It is known that knight and bishop is equal more than a rook and a pawn so we can say that white has material advantage of 2.5 pawns. White has also positional advantage because white's pawns are more advanced and white's king is centralized and it is known that it is better to have the king in the center in the endgame so the total result is score between 3.25 and 3.5 pawns for white. After Nxf7 movei can see only slightly more than +3 even after a long search (I used slow hardware of p850 but it is clear that even on faster hardware it cannot see convincing score in a reasonable time) so no chance to find it. I give the analysis after Nxf7(1 ply after the root position).
