On what?

The improvement of 15 over 14 on PalmOS (Motorola) was extraordinary given the
feebleness of the hardware - I'd say 100 Elo points.

"Improvement" is double-edged. A risk with an ARM version is that it will be
overwhelmingly strong: those like me who use the Palm on public transport will
no longer be able to deflect our attention from the delays and general
incompetence by giving Palm Tiger an (occasional) beating :)
