(Of course, I know Ed's email address, but perhaps the person with the problems didn't.) Myself, I am not terribly enthused to see many messages between just two people in a technical support scenario. An initial post seems okay, maybe someone else will already have encountered the problem and have an answer. In technical support situations, there are often first some things to try that are common to many situations, and to post those are fine. However, if it becomes clear that the issue is not quickly resolvable, the specific technical support should probably be moved over to email. One of the parties involved can post the solution when it's finally discovered in such cases. I guess my final observation is that Ed's actions are pretty consistent with how I think things should happen. Good going, Ed! :-) Dave Gomboc
