I assume AMD knows what they are doing.
I don't believe it is possible for anyone else to know with the same degree of
certainty.

Personally, I won't risk system failure to get a 15% speedup, my data and my
time is too precious for that. I'd rather pay $$ and get a 15% faster chip, if
it's really that big of a deal.
