Yeah, for games that fast it probably doesn't matter, but I do not like having
to go through all the ini files everytime I change the time control, besides
more hash shouldn't hurt.

I know you play fast games too, have you ever noticed this pause between games?
I don't know if it is the tournament manager or winboard itself.
