Yes

I noticed the pause between games.
This is one of the reasons that in these days I do not use them to check for
bugs in my new version(that is under construction because of adding arrays) and
I prefer to use the positions to see if the number of nodes is the same.

Of course I cannot use this method if I do changes that are supposed to change
the number of nodes but the next changes are not changes that are supposed to
change the number of nodes.

I do not know at this time if they will do movei slower or faster in nps because
I only did part of the change of adding the new arrays and did not start the
change of using the arrays to do my move generator faster.

The main advantage of the new arrays is the possibility to calculate things
faster and it means that I also may try to use them for evaluation and search
without caring of being slower so even if I need to be 10% slower in np's for
these arrays then I think that it is a good deal.
