In Tinker I have 2 evaluation modes...the regular with all terms, and one
"quick" eval that only looks at material and piece square tables.
Sometimes this help find large positional eval differences.

In this particular posistion, both scores are pretty close after 11 plys:
-1.16 with all terms, and -1.32 "quick" (which looks better for black,
and seems backwards if white's positional factors are inferior, ouch),
and in both cases c4 is the preferred move. The static eval is -0.64.
