I am sorry Alex, but based upon your response, I do not know how to help you. I do not understand the process you used to load or save the book because you did not specifically describe them or respond to any specific point or suggestion in my question as a trial. Instead you refered to perceptions or appearances about what went on inside a computer-- although I suppose this is an allusion to not seeing an error message in Fritz about a OS problem.
