Have you run a match with -inc before hand? On mine, if I do that, I have to go
into winboard.ini and delete the /moveIncrement line (can't remember what it's
called) and save it. The next time you run it, it will use the /mps setting you
give it. If you run another increment match, you'll have to do this again.
