Changing the inifile didn't work. But this gave me an idea. I changed my command
file to:

C:\engine>"c:\program files\winboard\WinBoard.exe" -mg 9999 -debug -cp -fd "C:\e
ngine\Nullmover" -fcp "Nullmover_020g9.exe" -sd "C:\engine\Kaissa 1.0" -scp "Kai
ssa2_10.exe" -size tiny -thinking -ponderNextMove false -sgf c:\engine\pgn\match
.pgn /movesPerSession=40 /timeControl="5" /timeIncrement=-1

and now it works :-) Must be a winboardbug probably.
