thank you mr smith about your tips on getting a successful overclock: i have in
fact been following the exact same tips, since 1998 when i first overclocked cel
300 to run at 468 mhz very successfully and which seved me well for a good
number of years!

but if u had read my question more carefully u would have realized that i was
asking not how to achieve an overclock, but whether other overclockers with
otherwise stable overclocked systems had problems similar to mine: ie running
chess engines smoothly for weeks on end: in particular junior 8 and less so
shredder7, 704 and h8:
