There's some math behind the opponent's score. Since Shredder was the highest rated opponent, and never played itself, logically, the opponent's score will be slightly lower than the others. Also don't think it played the non UCI Shredder. Whereas, all the other engines that have played Shredder have Shredder's high rating figured into their opponent's score, increasing it.
