It is the first time I read about rating inflation in terms of percentage, which
does not make any sense.
Usually, it is spoken of rating inflation or deflation simply in rating points
(like inflation of 40 points, for example), which makes sense.
Now, wheter there is inflation in the SSDF list, or in the FIDE list, or if SSDF
inflates faster than FIDE (due to a much higher number of games played in the
same time period), I do not know, those are difficult questions.
