I do not think that there is an inflation in rating points in the ssdf list. The rating of old programs does not become higher. If people who know something about the ssdf list claim that there is inflation in the ssdf list then it is clear that they mean to inflation in terms of percentage because the ssdf rating of old program is based on games against humans and the rating of these programs does not become higher(the opposite and the ssdf decided to reduce the rating of all programs by 100 elo some years ago).
