In contrast, the G5 is completely >designed and manufactured by IBM. The 0.09 factory that IBM is building for AMD is 100% getting build by IBM. AMD is not allowed to let more than 20% of the total production capacity getting produced by other manufacturers. This is the deal with intel for using the IA-32. It forbids AMD to produce again more than 20% by other manufacturers. Therefore AMD is going to buy that factory from IBM and then it is called 100% AMD on the paper. See what i mean? >>avoid the agreements with intel that at most 20% of the production from AMD >>processors can be produced outside AMD owned factories :) > >Can you provide any kind of reference to this stupid theory? I guess I This is common knowledge. Yes you can find this online when you search on the web. Please ask directly to the intel marketing managers from which many are online at for example: http://www.realworldtech.com/index.cfm José Javier Zarate is one of the many intel spokesmen there. You can also ask directly there to the AMD and Intel engineers, you know those guys who produce the chips. >shouldn't expect it, since you can't even provide references for your more >plausible theories, let alone far-out stuff like this. Why would i waste time to provide something very well known to idiots like you. Go there yourself and ask. Also please put there that you consider it a stupid theory of a guy called Vincent Diepeveen that 20% of the production capacity of AMD can be produced by other manufacturers because of x86 agreements with intel. Best regards, Vincent
