It only happens in the Chesspartner interface. Well it also happens in the native interface, but after a few times of checking it normally goes through. For some reason this is not. I only want to use it in the Chesspartner interface for online play, so I am not restricted to one time control using the winboard232d adapter. I don't see how Chessbase will be able to help.
