Subject: Junkbase updates and a new suggested PGN opening book source

Put a lot of effort into cleaning up this block of PGN for use in creation of
opening books:
ftp://cap.connx.com/chess-engines/new-approach/book.pgn.bz2

No guarantees about quality, though.  No wonder they pay the big bucks for the
commercial systems.
