Here are a few items that quickly come to mind.

1) Real and FREE multi-player that works. All you need to do is create a user
account and you are quickly connected to our own servers. You don't have to join
any other service to play online all you want.

2) Simple and easy-to-use interface. There isn't a huge glut of features that
most users wouldn't care about (or even know how to use!), so the user isn't
overwhelmed.

3) Gorgeous graphics. While most people on this board wouldn't care about this,
I can honestly say this program is undoubtedly the best-looking chess program
ever made (not to mention one of the best-looking software program's I've EVER
seen).

If you have anything specific you are interested in, please don't hesitate to
ask.
