If there are .pr1 and .pr2 files in the same directory, delete them (they will be hidden files). Then try installing the engine into the Shredder Classic GUI. If that works then it should install into the ChessPartner interface IF you use the same engine704.exe file in the same directory. You can also try copying the engine704.exe file into the Chessbase\Engines directory and see if that works. Also try deleting the .pr1 and .pr2 files from that directory, and first install the Shredder 7.04 Chessbase engine in the Chessbase GUI. Then try CP.
