With the help of Chessmaster 9000, it appears that if Black accepts the
sacrifice then White can force a potentially winning position. Here's one line:

1.O-O-O gxf4 2.exd5! exd5 3.Rxg4! hxg4 4.Qf5 gxf3 5.Qxd5+ Ke8 6.Qe4+ Qe7
7.Qxa8 Qd8 8.Qe4+ Qe7 9.Qb7 Qd8 10.Nxf3 a6 11.Bd3

and CM9000 scores the resulting position as about 0.8 for White.

However, if Black ignores the sacrifice and plays 1...a6!, then he should be
able to hold. At least, that's what about 15 minutes of poking around has showed
anyway....
