Junior8 has an impressive 11/15 or 73.3%, while in the previous cancelled tournament, had 7.5/21 or 35.7%. Also TheKing-3.23 had a more impressive 15.5/21 or 73.8% and now it has only one win and a 5.5/15 or 36.6%. It's difficult to believe this is only due to the different books, but i can't give any other explanation (maybe a simple coincidence). Two very impressive games were played in the last two rounds: Chess Tiger 15.0n - Shredder 7.04 0-1 In move 36 Shredder had a Knight and a pawn less and not any immediate threat, but finally managed to win in a complicated position. I think the lose move was 57.Bb5. I had CT-15n analyse the move and in the start of ply 12 in 1 minute, thought Bb5 was the best, but when it completed the search on 12 ply in 1:30 found the best move 57.Qa2. As "time control" is ~~2min/move CT-15 should have played the move but it didn't. The position after 69.Rxg4 is very complicated and not easy for both sides. Maybe the critical mistake of Ruffian was that played 69.Kh5 and not 69.Kf5 that S7.04 and F8 suggest. But even after that, it is clear that Fritz outplayed Ruffian.
