A parser for pgn creates an expectation the end-user is employing pure PGN
output. This is rarely the case.
Examples: pgn output from CA7.1 uses curly brackets. Many other gui's including
informantreader do not adequately test their pgn output.

While it is reasonable to expect our users here to be able clean up their
Forsythe Notation for positions, cleaning up whole PGN files with numerical
assesments is a tax on communications. It should be a decision of more than one
person whether this tax is a bearable burden.
