Subject: Importance of tablebases... estimated ELO increase??

What is the estimated ELO increase when tablebases are in use rather than when
not in use?

I have been running a test on FICS for some time now, and I can not see a great
difference in play with Chess Tiger with or without them. I estimate about a 20
point increase with them in use.

Do different engines benefit more or less from them? What engines would these
be?
