Subject: Rebel 12 error message installing with Rebel 10 CD

"No valid upgradeable software is found.  Please contact your venfor for a code"

Rebel 10 is installed on the c drive, the cd drive is the "e" drive.  OS Win 2K.

I do not have Rebel 11 or Century 4.
