I don't think this is a mate in 13 situation. I would be impressed with an engine declaring mate in under an hour in this position. Just finding Nf6 is a big challenge for most programs. It took my program almost an hour to find Nf6. Amy, Crafty, and Sjeng all needed 30 min or more to find Nf6 on my G4 450. No program I analyzed with was able to declare mate in #.
