It is clear that Tony was joking.
Movei was unable to find Nf6+ in an hour on p850(it showed more than+1 for Qa4)

After Nf6+ gxf6 it shows a clear positional advantage for white after some
minutes but only +0.41 at depth 11,+0.88 at depth 12 and +1.05 at depth 13(that
is still less than the score for Qa4) so I guess that the problem is bad king
safety evaluation and lack of threat mate in 1 extensions(Qf8 threats mate after
Nf6+ gxf6 Rd8+ Kh7 Qf8 or Nf6+ gxf6 Rd8+ Rxd8 Rxd8 Kh7 Qf8).

For the question I remember that 2/13 means brute force depth of 2 when 13 is
the minimal depth of extensions.

search with null move pruning is not considered by chessmaster as brute force
depth.
