Probably a large majority of chess programs can solve
every chess problem.
If any people say "...program can't find...." we usually must
thinking ....program can't find it in decent time.
At end of the sentece from the subject are characters ":)))"
It is laughter.

I think this problem is difficult for chess programs using null moves,
but if Ruffian can find it in short time I think it is problem not for
all.
