Hi Kurt

I did a quick test in H732 to confirm whether this will work in CB interfaces.
It did work. Here is part of a test game with InBetween.ini set at 10 seconds a
move. Notice Rebel 12 played each move in exactly 10 seconds. So this will
control the time usage of Rebel 12.
